Senior Representative Agreement

I agree to professionally represent Kindle the Heart® Fine Art Photography by:

(Please check each box to show that you have read and understood each item.) * Promoting good will and improving communication throughout the schools in this area. I understand that I will be a public relations representative and must have a good attitude and remain presentable at all times. I understand that my actions reflect on Kindle the Heart® Fine Art Photography. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of my rep status. I agree to be an exclusive representative of Kindle the Heart® Fine Art Photography. I will not accept a representative position with another studio/photographer. Booking and carrying out a portrait session prior to May 1. (exceptions made for students from schools not currently represented in the program) Sharing my experience with my friends through the viewing of my online portrait slideshow. Handing out rep cards to as many classmates as possible. Communicating regularly with Kindle the Heart® Fine Art Photography. I understand that this is a time and work commitment, and that we will continue to promote Kindle the Heart® Fine Art Photography throughout the 2009-2010 school year.

Senior Representative Benefits

(Please check each box to show that you have read and understood each item.) * Monetary compensation for referrals ends December 1. Any senior representative that assists in booking 3 senior sessions will receive 100% credit of their session retainer to use towards the purchase of portraits. Any senior representative that assists in booking 10 senior sessions will receive a $250 gift certificate from Kindle the Heart® Fine Art Photography to use towards the purchase of portraits. Gift certificates are good for 1 year from date of issue and are not limited to senior sessions. For every booked session that mentions your name as a referral or hands in a promotional wallet, the senior representative will receive $20 cash. Senior Reps enjoy a 20% discount on Fine Art, and Heirloom Session Albums.

Fine Print

(Please check each box to show that you have read and understood each item.) * If you wish to terminate this agreement, you agree to do so by July 1. Kindle the Heart® Fine Art Photography reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time. Any senior representative that fails to refer clients or perform agreed tasks is subject to contract termination. Any violation of this agreement will terminate any credits and rewards you are entitled to as a result of prior referrals.
