Remember my little buddy C? He was the most perfect newborn…

At his “sitting up” session he was happy as a clam…

And the walking session was all smiles…

The little stinker comes to see me today for a toddler session and I get THIS…

The deer in the headlight look. ::sigh:: It happens to them all eventually His wonderful mama and daddy brought his favorite music cd… no dice. I had bubbles… he was not impressed. So I had to break out my secret weapon. She is 15 pounds of pure giggle inducing charm…

Oh yeah! That’s my dog, Dixie. No kid can resist her! First there was some of this…

And then there was a little bit of this…

Finally there was a whole lot of THIS!!!

2009 in Review…

I can’t believe another year has come and gone already! As I look back over 2009, I am truly humbled by the many families who have trusted me with their priceless memories. The beautiful places I’ve been able to go this year to photograph landscapes… I still can’t believe I’ve been so blessed. As I browsed through some of my favorite images, I decided to put together a slideshow to share.

Thank you so much for a wonderful year! I’m looking forward to all that 2010 has in store

It’s so hard to believe that this little fellow is already walking! It seems like only yesterday I was taking his newborn portraits!

And we had so much fun at his “sitting up” session…

But the “walking session” was the absolute best! I love it when their little personalities start to emerge…

Don’t worry Ms. J, I think we got a couple of possibilities to complete your wall grouping too Here’s my favorite!

Another beautiful newborn…

Meet Mr. K. A whopping eight pounder!! He barely fit in my baby thingy…

And I got the most PERFECT image of him with his mama (who doesn’t even look like she’s had a baby!!!!)

I can’t decide if I like it better in color or black and white?

I absolutely cannot resist this one LOL!!! I love that smooshy face!

Perfection {Woodbury, TN Newborn Photographer}

That is how I described her…perfection. I had the honor of photographing this little beauty today. She was an absolute dream! Her mama has some really awesome friends. They purchased the session for her as a baby shower gift! (I wish I had friends like that LOL!)

I just love her “baby wrinkles”

And she really liked me too. See, she even smiled

She was so good, we even did some “out of the box” images (I LOVE it when I get to do that!!!)

I bought some new baskets a few months ago. I wasn’t sure if I would ever be able to use this one or not. I knew it would take the ::perfect:: baby. She would have to be REALLY tiny to fit. Little Miss L fit like a glove!!! All whopping 5 1/2 pounds of her!!

Thank you so much for allowing me to photograph Miss L. It was an absolute pleasure!!
